Orders & Payments

How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing checkout. If not received, check your spam folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna Pay in 3 / Pay Later, and major debit cards.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Our team processes orders quickly, but email support@weirdlabel.com and we’ll try our best.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Next Day Delivery: Mon–Thu before 1 PM
Do you offer international shipping?
International delivery is coming soon. We currently ship within the UK.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Click the link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days as long as they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Bodysuits/lingerie are non-returnable.

Sizing

Do your dresses fit true to size?
Yes. Most styles are true to size with a sculpting fit. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
